Port Townsend, Washington Welcome to our Romantic Country Getaway nestled on a treed 10 acre parcel just 12-15 minutes from Port Townsend or Port Hadlock. It is located centrally to the areas' amenities, breweries, wineries, and cideries. Our Cottage has been designed to be a cozy, warm, romantic space with custom woodworking, wood counters, in-floor heating and special touches to make your stay enjoyable. We have a seasonal garden with herbs and apples amongst a lovely outdoor private patio.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Bring or rent a kayak or paddleboard: explore Hood head, Squamish harbor, or Gamble bay. Close to the Hood Canal Floating Bridge. Summer days we often have deer in the yard, and eagles soaring above, watching the shoreline for fish. Our yard has fruit trees, a barbecue, fire pit, and views of the mountains and water There is a trail through the woods to the nearby shoreline. It's a spacious ground floor retreat. A lovely getaway in a waterfront tiny home awaits you on this secluded Hood Canal property. Mature cedar, fir, spruce, and big leaf maple trees abound, a year-round creek runs through the property, and a wonderful beach awaits you with habitat that boasts nesting eagles, osprey, otters, raccoons, opossums, and a myriad of waterfowl, songbirds, and hummingbirds. Two single kayaks are available for your enjoyment! Enjoy oysters?...gather them right off the beach!

Loft-style 2 bed/2 bath home

Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.
