Great place! My friends and I loved staying here, it was exactly what we were looking for to relax for a couple nights and spend some time with some good company!

This place was everything I needed it to be, and so was Kristy. I didn’t need much. But it was a perfect place with a perfect view overlooking our beautiful city. I took my girlfriend out for her birthday and we took in a restaurant just a few minutes drive downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and then went out for some drinks before returning to a wonderful night’s sleep. All in all, this place offered me a convenient way to celebrate in the community. I would love to stay again!

Glorious house with the view you’re looking for. Charming little and friendly village. Couldn’t get enough of the ocean view. Loved watching the dolphins! Very quiet. I highly recommend it! Thank you Ann.

Absolutely beautiful property. Easy to access and a great view. Hot tub could use some minor upgrades (the cover has to be manually lifted off as there is no bar for the cover to rest on), otherwise we had no issues! Fantastic place for a getaway.

Beautiful, roomy, well equipped, comfortable homelike feeling. Extremely quiet peaceful environment. Short walk to harbor and fishing fleet. Amy was very accommodating. Restaurants and stores a short 10 minute drive. A very picturesque area! We are planning to return!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway! Great place to stay in St-Johns. Street parking in front of house with parking pass provided was wonderful. Grocery store is right around the corner. Well decorated house with washer/dryer and kitchen amenities. Restaurants and activities close by walking or driving. We had a great time.

Barrisway Retreat is absolutely stunning. Sitting in the deck or in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful surroundings, the sound of the river flowing and the birds chirping is just so peaceful. I cannot say enough about this place and how perfect it is! Kim was a wonderful host who surely puts her guests as #1, from the little snack basket provided right down to cozy sandals and robes for after the hot tub. It was the perfect date night ♥️ 11/10 🫶🏼
