Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $110 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

This 2/2 sea cottage offers 2 decks for fishing, boat lift, balcony, and plenty outdoor sitting areas for alfresco dining. It includes a King, Queen, 1 bunk bed, washer/dryer, and bbq pit. An Ez-go golf cart may also be available upon request for an additional fee. Pets welcome for only a $25 fee! LIV charges a $110 resort fee for parking passes and wristbands to several amenities: indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, tennis & basketball & volley ball courts, gym, golf course, mini golf, and more.
