The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

Approximately 30 minutes away from South Padre Island, Space-X, and LNG. This duplex has a total of 2 apartments and the backyard patio is divided into separate spaces with a privacy fence, offering you a private area.

The condo has been newly updated and is located near Clayton's Beach Bar and within walking distance to the beach. You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
