Cozy Clubhouse Retreat on Five Peaceful Acres

Dine on the quaint patio at a relaxed hideaway. Stroll the paths and gardens on the beautiful five-acre estate before getting cozy inside with a game of pool on the antique pool table. There's lots to do! We are five minutes from the beautiful town of Poulsbo, 20 minutes from Bainbridge Island and the ferry to Seattle, and just 1 1/2 hour to the heart of the Olympic National Park. We are 45 minutes from Pt. Townsend. We are also close by to lovely trails and beaches on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Relax with the expansive view of the Olympic Mountain peaks across the Hood Canal from the entire glassed in house-front. Sit down by the fire pit to view sunsets, eagles, herons, seals, otters and occasional porpoise or orca passing. Your comfort is our goal with our mid century mod home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Enjoy the beachfront park nearby. We are only 10 minutes from Poulsbo, Port Gamble, and the Hood Canal bridge.

Enjoy a separate entrance to your private studio through the shared garage. You'll stay in a great location, situated between the old historic mill town of Pt. Gamble and the City of Poulsbo, known as "Little Norway." Both towns are on Puget Sound with cute shops. Many people also come to enjoy the Mts. Our guests love the retro-styling, modern kitchen, and easy access to the trails right out the door.

Make this farmstay your homebase to explore Western Washington - the ferries to Seattle and Edmonds are just a mile away, and the Olympic Peninsula and many state parks are within a 20 minute drive.

Take a break with people you love! Enjoy the wrap around porch and two balconies over looking Port Gamble Bay (part of Puget Sound) In the evenings enjoy beautiful sunsets over the forest on the other side of the bay and in the morning fall in love with the fog that clings to the trees across the water. Explore the shore down the steps and harvest some oysters for dinner! In the summer months enjoy the private outdoor heated pool. Guests can expect a heated pool May- October ish.

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.
