Port d'Alcúdia: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie ist top ausgestattet, war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist klasse, nur kaum eine Minute vom Strand entfernt und dennoch bekommt man vom Trubel an der Promenade nichts mit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch gut, wir haben immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten bekommen. Wir waren auch sehr dankbar, dass wir bereits um 12 Uhr, anstatt wie angegeben erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken konnten. Nur an einem Punkt gibt es etwas zu meckern: Der Preis für die Reinigung ist mit 140€ exorbitant hoch. Besonders dafür, dass der Müll selbst entsorgt werden muss (wird dies nicht getan, wird wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung 50€ abgebucht). Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und mit Preisleistung zufrieden.

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

agréable séjour chez Nathalia,le logement correspond a la description de l'annonce, proche de tout, nous avons été conseillé et bien accueilli. niveau équipements il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La fontaine a eau et la machine a laver sont un plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Kommunikation und Abwicklung war super entspannt! Dir Unterkunft war wie erwartet und ist ihren Preis definitiv wert. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und drum herum ist alles zum Leben leicht erreichbar. Ich versuche im Oktober wieder zu kommen! Viele liebe Grüße! Alexander

Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einfach mit den Kindern an den Strand zu gehen. Alles lief problemlos, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Ich durfte 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Was soll ich sagen?! Ich würde wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde absolut empfehlen. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist für mich und meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Ort ist soooo wunderschön, ruhig, irgendwie gediegen und besonders. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum und mit dem Auto kommt man überall gut hin. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl an Restaurants laufen. Es gibt 3 kleine Supermärkte im Ort. Ebenfalls fußläufig. Und eine Apotheke. Ich habe von hier gearbeitet und das Internet lässt jegliche Remote-Tätigkeit mit stundenlangen Meetings problemlos zu. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und die Herzlichkeit von Maria und Jaime, die dieses Haus verwalten, ist der Wahnsinn. Es war alles absolut unkompliziert und richtig toll. Ich bin wahnsinnig dankbar für diese 4 wunderbaren Wochen.

Justos Airbnb war sauber, schön eingerichtet und man war in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus. Von der Unterkunft aus sind viele tolle Orte auf Mallorca zu erreichen; auch viele Restaurants fußläufig! Justos war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine und gute Trockenmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Jetzt im April war es abends noch ein wenig kühl im Haus.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Ideally located for peace and quiet yet only a short distance from both Pollenca and Alcudia. Externally the villa was lovely with a great dining/cooking area and stylish/comfortable seating. Internally the villa is also stylishly decorated with a very comfortable lounge area perfect to relax in after a day of sightseeing and extremely comfortable beds/bedding. Everywhere was immaculately clean.

Sehr schönes,sauberes Haus mit einem kleinen Innenhof und eine kleine Terrasse in der 1. Etage. 3 vollständige DZ im 1. OG. Klimaanlage und Heizungen funktionierten. Über Amazon Prime/Netlix auch deutsche Filme erhältlich. Kein Deutsches TV. Bei Nachfragen reagierte Jaqueline umgehend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Parksituation könnte in der Saison zum Problem werden. Die Straßen in der Altstadt sind sehr eng. Ein kleines Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn man es etwas ruhiger und Tiere mag - wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits gelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Gabriels Eltern waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Hunde sind sehr zutraulich und liebenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. la proximité de la plage est très apréciable ainsi que la piscine dans le lotissement. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles en voiture et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

très bel appartement bien équipé tout près de la plage avec une belle promenade bordée de pins pour admirer le lever du soleil

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

My stay at Xavi's Airbnb was fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with the beach within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and a pleasant place to stay. Communication with Xavi was excellent; he was always helpful and ready to assist with anything. During my stay, I developed a good rapport with him. He shared valuable tips about the area and ensured my stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.

Thank you to Miguel for providing a lovely place for us to stay. We loved the apartment, location and Miguel’s responsiveness was very much appreciated. The price of the apartment was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the area!

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem Inserat. Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zu den Supermärkten, dem Strand und den Restaurants. Der Strand von Alcudia ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Maxim war einfach und problemlos. Sehr gut ist auch, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände gibt. Das einzige was ein bisschen negativ ist, dass es keine Schlüsselbox gibt. Die Wohnung ist auch ein bisschen hellhörig. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.
