OLD but NEW, This cosy well appointed 1930s home, Suitable for families, business trips or just the perfect getaway. The stunning views encapsulate the River Derwent and has been know to have whales frolicking, tall ships sailing . Off street parking for 2 and close enough to walk to town. The property is fully fenced with a veranda wrapped around the house for you to sit and enjoy the warm morning sunshine and a meal on the BBQ.
