Excelente estancia. Fabienne es súper amable y clara en sus instrucciones. Departamento muy bien para 3 personas, bastante equipado y con muchos lugares de estacionamiento enfrente. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de Saint Omer. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Lovely clean apartment and is in a great location, only a short walk into Ieper. Ann is a great host and gave clear instructions which made check-in and out go very smoothly, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again! Thank you!

Ein super gelegenes und sauberes Appartment mit allem, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sofort wohl gefühlt. Vom Appartment aus kommt man überall gut hin: Zum Strand 2 Minuten zu Fuß, als Ausgangspunkt mit dem Fahrrad in alle Richtungen perfekt gelegen, kleiner Einkaufsladen und zwei Restaurants + Pizzerien direkt nebenan. Gefühlt also mittendrin mit Blick auf Kirche und Feld und dabei komplett ruhig. Mit der Stadtbahn (2 Fußminuten) ist auch alles gut erreichbar. Dazu eine private Garage (sehr hilfreich, da Parkraum nicht immer gegeben), in die auch die Fahrräder passen und eine sehr hilfsbereite und ansprechbare Gastgeberin: Wir hätten uns für unseren Aufenthalt keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Un très bon séjour, Dorine a été flexible sur l heure d arrivée. Logement très grand et conforme pour 5 personnes. Cuisine bien équipée, lit très confortable. Très contente et satisfaite du séjour.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohngebiet. Der Strand ist schnell und gut zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Oostende kommt man mit einer Fähre, mit dem eigenen Auto oder mit dem Bus. Leider gibt es noch keinen Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe (es soll aber bald einer öffnen), der nächste Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß (ca. 15 Minuten) oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dadurch, dass das komplette Wohngebiet teilweise noch gebaut wird, muss man in der Woche mit Baulärm rechnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zu Hause. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten sind neu und auch die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Die Dusche ist neu, ebenerdig und groß. Die offene Küche ist ehr klein, aber gut und mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon. Die vorhandenen Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gehoben. Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, haben diese Zeit aber sehr genossen. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben mit 6 Freundinnen 3 Tage in der Villa James genießen dürfen. Die gepflegte, tadellos saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage ist geschmackvoll und mit einem besonderen Gespür für liebevolle Details eingerichtet - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und uns über die bereitgestellten kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten und die nette Begrüßungskarte sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Sofie im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes war äußerst unkompliziert, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit am Meer genossen und empfehlen die Villa James vorbehaltlos weiter. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Everything was great and the host was nice and approachable. The accommodation area was noise-free. I recommend it 👌

to be honest, i have rented over i think 100 airbnbs in my time, Victorias home is in my top 5 accommodations, secure parking that i was very pleased about, beds were large and comfortable, outside area for smokers was undercover and very nice to sit out in even the rain, i can not recommend this place enough, i will most certainly return, even though i was only there for one night, i would have stayed for a month or more if that was where i was working, 10 out of 5 trust me

Modern, well-appointed apartment in picturesque farm setting. Private balcony, lovely outdoor sitting area amid trees and flowers. Sheep will greet you too! Very quiet. Great place to enjoy bike riding. Very comfortable bed and living space. Bonus: host has a cooler with wine, beer, water and soft drinks for purchase. Very nice touch! Great host and property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent séjour chez Luc et son épouse, par qui nous avons été très bien accueillis ! La maison est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine et le jacuzzi, ainsi que la terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables. Le quartier est très calme. Proche de Saint Omer, de belles visites à faire aux alentours.

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

Super verblijf met hele vriendelijke hosts. Het appartement is goed verzorgd en alles is aanwezig en ruim voldoende servies e.d. We hebben genoten van het verblijf en het is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die naar de kust wil en een appartement met fantastisch uitzicht zoekt.

Tout correspond à la description du bien proposé. Très bien situé, ce logement est fort pratique pour pour les amoureux de la plage. Vous pouvez y accéder en moins 5 min à pied. Merci à Anne pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa flexibilité. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement parfait pour notre séjour avec nos amis . Chaque couple avait son espace chambre , salle de bains et dressing . Très propre et bien décoré. Nous reviendrons !

Weeral een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement van Delphine in Nieuwpoort. Mooi appartement, rustig en toch centraal gelegen, goed uitgerust, vlotte en fijne communicatie met Delphine.

Heel aangename accommodatie! Heel proper en zo goed als helemaal nieuw! Een handige parkeergelegenheid zou het verblijf helemaal top maken. De nabijgelegen parking is maar geschikt voor max 2u.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très agréable, bien décoré, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Ben nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et est très réactif. Je vous conseille vivement le bien!

het appartement is prachtig, met heerlijk balcon en vrij gelegen. Maar 10 minuten lopen naar het mooie historische centrum en ook een goede uitvalsbasis naar steden in de buurt.
