This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

This bright, fully insulated water front cabin provides an experience between camping and a cottage. The cabin is equipped with electricity, baseboard heaters, large windows. If you enjoy camping but don't want to sleep in a tent or bring kitchen essentials, this is the solution. BBQ with side burner, kettle, electric frying pan, patio set and campfire pit provided. It offers a full kitchen and 3-piece bath for utmost comfort. The Heritage Cabin has a fireplace for those cold nights and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Enjoy access to the beach on Ottawa River, ATV/snowmobile trails, nature trails, a pool (July-Sept), a rec room with a pool table, great fishing spots, a playground and much more!

Fisherman and snowmobilers welcomed. No electricity or running water. We repeat, no electricity or running water! No shower, however a rustic outhouse is available - you are fancy camping. Water jugs and firewood for the wood stove and bon fire are provided.
