Good communication with the host and nearby airport fits my requirements. The apartment is too big for two people; it is better to rent for four people :) Thanks for hosting us and being responsive regarding our delayed flight:)

Die Wohnung ist gross, mit direktem Blick auf‘s Meer, grosser und überaus praktischer Küche. Die Einrichtung ist portugiesisch mit Holzmöbeln, die Betten sind bequem, die beiden Bäder sehr sauber und blitzblank. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Früchte und die Getränke zur Begrüssung waren sehr freundlich. Highlight für die Kids war der riesige Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Woche lang in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist sofort in der Stadt aber auch an der Promenade. Die Kommunikation war immer gut und uns wurde schnell weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auch ein zweites Mal buchen. :)

Le logement est situé dans un complexe immobilier récent et proche du centre ville. L'équipement et l'aménagement sont de qualité, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. La terrasse avec la vue sur la ville et le port est le détail qui en met plein les yeux.

Un accueil au top, des prestations au dessus de la moyenne. Un petit village au calme, un studio avec une vue à couper le souffle. Et du répondant à toutes nos questions (même quand il a fallu nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la douche tôt le matin !). Encore merci à Germano et Xavier pour ce super séjour !

Très agréable séjour de 10 jours avec nos 2 enfants dans le logement de Valdemar. Notre arrivée à heure tardive n’a pas empêché notre hôte de faire le nécessaire afin que nous soyons très bien accueillis après avoir reçu des instructions claires qui nous ont permises de trouver l’appartement très facilement. Rien à redire sur ce logement nous sommes ravis, appartement calme, très propre avec toutes les commodités au pied de l’immeuble et une grande place de parking. Nous avons pu visiter facilement toute l’île en restant à ce même logement, Accès facile à la route principale, c’était parfait. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour vos séjours sur Madère. The house is spacious, very nice, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor area is large, and faces the ocean. It is a perfect spot to watch the sunset without going to crowded tourist viewpoints. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay in this house! Carlos is friendly and chatty. He personally welcomed us when we arrived, explained all the facilities in the house, and recommended many tourist attractions and dining spots.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Natsja. Le logement est très bien situé pour accéder aux voies rapides (40 minutes de Funchal). Le quartier est très calme, la vue splendide et la terasse idéale pour le réconfort apres les efforts de la journée! Le logement est spacieux et cosy. Il correspond en tous points à la description faite sur l'annonce. Natsja est une hote aux petits soins, et vous etes accueillis par de petites attentions (confiture maison par exemple). Elle vous fournit aussi de précieuses indications sur les visites à faire environnantes et de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. La seule chose à intégrer est le parking: la 1ere fois cela surprend car c'est très pentu et !! Mais ne surtout pas se laisser démoraliser par cela car le logement comme l'accueil le valent bien! Un grand merci encore à Natsja. Nous retenons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois et recommandons +++ 😊

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und die Lage ist sensationell. Es war alles da was man braucht und uns wurde auch vor Ankunft das Reisebett aufgebaut.

Domek jak najbardziej spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami, wnętrze schludne, czyste. Okolica przepiękna, domek posiada duże przeszklenia przez które można podziwiać góry. Gospodarz szybko odpowiada na pytania, w razie czego w okolicy zawsze jest Aldino, który również zawsze pomoże, pokaże farmę. W trakcie pobytu można korzystać z owoców i warzyw, które rosną na farmie. Miejsce idealne na relaks. Świetna baza wypadowa, znajduję się na północy, mniej więcej na środku, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko.

Maria est une hôte disponible, attentionnée, d'une grande gentillesse. Elle est souple sur l'arrivée et le départ. Le logement correspond aux photos,'il est très propre ,la salle de bains et la cuisine sont un peu "vieillottes" mais tout le nécessaire est présent. Ponta Delgada est un village très calme mais avec épicerie et une pharmacie. Le logement situé au bout de la pointe et la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique.

Roomy and very well located, this was a perfect spot for 6 adults who were doing a mix of touring and working remotely. Wifi was great for work, especially on the main level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, along with a 1/2 bath on the main level, with two kitchen areas and lovely terrace, so very convenient and private for 3 couples. It is located on a lively street with restaurants and a pool hall, so busy during the day, but the area quiets down at nightime and Sundays. Appliances and supplies were as described and great to have a clothes dryer! Ligia was terrific in meeting us at check in and answering questions. Really a great place!

Onze 1e week van 2 verbleven we in dit appartement, lekker ruim, schoon en fris. Een heerlijk plek om te ontstressen en in een vakantie modus te komen. De oceaan, die je goed hoort vonden we heerlijk om bij te slapen. Vooral toen het nog stormachtig was spoelt enig gepieker zó weg Fijne bedden en kussens en een ruime badkamer met prima douche. De woonkamer/keuken is relatief wat klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Zodra het weer het toeliet verbleven we op 1 van de 2 terrassen waarvan die aan de oceaan kant echt fantastisch is! Ook fijn: de garage! Je kunt heerlijk wandelen langs de oceaan en er zijn lekkere restaurantjes, brassa Mar, pedra/de buren en voor poncha en koffie gingen we de andere kant op langs het water naar een klein lokaal koffie tentje met een prachtige oude plataan voor de deur. De bananen routes zijn leuk, net als het kijken naar het landen van de paragliders! De plek is centraal gelegen zonder de drukte van vele toeristen en ook mooie levadas in de buurt.

Un sitio magnífico, cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de la parada del autobús que va a Funchal y a Machico. Buena disposición de Rui, el anfitrión y lo mejor de todo la amabilidad y disponibilidad de la Senhora Dona María que es quien está a cargo del alojamiento, una persona responsable y amable dispuesta siempre a ayudar en todo. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa.

The most obvious thing: The view is amazing. Never had any better and that alone ist worth the money. We stayed for one week for mostly long hiking purposes and had a rental car. Since the building is on a steep hill near Funchal I suggest you have one. The appartment is as described and provides almost everything, wether you eat at home or not. Fatima was very kind and proactive and efficient in communication. All thumbs up, we would stay here again. :) Madeira is lovely and a great hiking place.

A casa correspondeu as expectativas, tem uma vista lindissima sobre Machico, a sala é muito espaçosa e a casa de banho tambem. Esta localizado muito perto do aeroporto e numa zona muito tranquila. Os vizinhos tambem foram muito prestaveis. Possui alguns serviços perto como restaurantes, cafes, Ginasio etc. Nota: apesar de não apresentar nas fotografias a casa possui cozinha equipada.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Alexandro was extremely responsive regarding the check-in procedure and on arrival was waiting at the entrance. He then proceeded to show us the apartment and also the car space in the basement. He kept in contact with us during our stay and recommended places to visit and eat. Having been to the area before we knew exactly where the apartment was located. Although building work was being undertaken nearby this did not affect our enjoyment.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊
