Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores. Front and back covered decks, private secluded back sitting/BBQ area. Covered off-street parking. The most desirable area of Sandpoint.

Cozy, Clean Home 2 Blocks to Downtown!

This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

Tamrak Creek Retreat

This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Roof top Hot tub with privacy and bbq. Fireplace, fenced yard, artistic home with beautiful touches. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. 40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.
