Cozy sleeping lofts accommodate 4-6 guests, ideal for 2 couples or a family of 6, with added memory foam futon. A spiral staircase leads to one loft, while a sturdy ladder leads to twin beds for a unique experience. Enjoy unparalleled stargazing, nearby hiking trails, and a 120-acre property to explore. The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
