Built in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views, only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida.
