A total of 6 people stayed at Lorena’s place and we were all satisfied with our stay! Everyone had their own bed. The bunk beds were pretty big and the beds were so COMFORTABLE. The AC was nice and cool. The bathrooms were big and had lots of mirrors for us girls ! The place is just as described. We only had an issue with the dryer/washer, they weren’t working. Private and gated community. Felt safe the entire stay. Pretty close to Isla verde beach, La Placita, and other popular areas by Uber. 15-20 min walk to the beach. Had to walk along the highway and over the bridge to get there, so I would uber. It was super easy for the Ubers to find us. I would stay at Lorena’s place again. Thank you for all your help

We had a great stay!!!The location was perfect. Only a short uber ride to old san juan. The accommodations were perfect for me and my 2 girls. Great view, very clean. Everything that we needed to for the beach was provided as well as toiletries and kitchen items. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was very convenient and comfortable. The location was surprisingly quiet given we were in the first floor front apartment and how central it was. We had everything we needed and washer dryer was helpful as well as parking! Thank you so much for hosting.

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

I absolutely loved my stay—I didn’t want to leave! The place is amazing, located in a great neighborhood with a fantastic atmosphere. The host was equally wonderful. I had just one small confusion regarding the parking spots, and he responded quickly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Out of the many pros this Airbnb offers (and it truly delivers on all of them), there’s only one small suggestion that could make the stay even better. In the main bedroom, the large windows let in beautiful morning light. While that’s a lovely feature, installing blackout curtains would give guests the option to block out the light when sleeping, while still allowing them to enjoy the stunning natural light during the day.

It was a pleasure to stay at Carlos place. The place was super clean, the bed linen was clean and smell amazing, the bed and pillows were comfortable as well. The place has everything that you could possibly need for and the view from the bedroom was amazing and fun to watch, there were hundreds of restaurants around the area and at a walking distance, 24/7 was one of our favorites. We rented a car but ended up walking or ubering everywhere. The beach was super nice and clean as well. The pool area was super nice and clean, The building personnel were very helpful and friendly. Carlos was super flexible with the check in and check out. We will definitely stay at his place again.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, we had arrived for our 28th Wedding Anniversary on Holy week during the island wide blackout. The home was fully equipped with solar power. We were unaffected by the power outage with power and hot running water. The home is also equipped with washer and dryer. We very much enjoyed the home and it's amenities! I will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Blue House in Joyuda! The home was charming, clean, and perfectly located near some of the best seafood restaurants and beautiful coastal views in Puerto Rico. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Joel was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood and how close it was to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the local flavor of Joyuda!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

This stay was perfect! Nice clean and close to everything. The home itself gave us a vibe with a beautiful photo opportunity back drop right in front the home. We definitely felt like we were apart of the culture staying in the neighborhood with locals. It’s close to everything in San Juan. If anyone I know is visiting, I will definitely recommend her place!!

Great stay! We had an issue with the dryer and Christian responded promptly! Great area love Rincón and good unit for two couples. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We will be back!

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

Me, my husband and sister in law stayed at this property. It looks exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, spacious, and has all the amenities listed and more. The beach and view were beautiful and the host was very responsive. It was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Puerto Rico.
