Almond House Apartment is right at the heart of Tartu. Standing in newly built house with all modern facilities. Apartment has easy access to everywhere. Within walking distance you are surrounded by most of our favourite bars, restaurants, galleries, cafes, bakeries. Also both food and flea markets together with art and book shops are just a short 3 min walk from the house. Just in 7 minutes walkin to railway station, theather 3 min. Place has own parking slot. Private terace for morning cafe.

Welcome to Küütri Remote Spot - enjoy fully-equipped urban workspace in downtown, wifi 100/100 Mbit/s. There are 35 stairs to take to get to apartment, no elevator. Parking in downtown area is paid only. I recommend using the SNABB app. The cost in area A is 0.05€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (parking for the whole day costs 33€) and Sat 11am-5pm (18€ per day), public holidays + Sun are free. Parking in area B fee 0.025€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (16.50€ all day), public holidays and Sat+Sun free.

A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony.
