I was a bit worried when I first drove up to the old communist era apartment block.... But once inside I found a very modern apartment, whew! If you travel when it warm, be aware the bedroom living room gets a lot of sunlight and is warm. Of course changes mid afternoon and the kitchen becomes warm. A cute little lake to swim in is very close as well as enjoying nature around you.

Ett mycket rymligt rymligt boende som är större än vad bilderna visar. Lugnt hus och område och en närbutik rakt över gatan som har generösa öppettider. En kort promenad ner till gamla stan men jag vill varmt rekommendera att promenera runt i Supilinn. Mycket bra kommunikation med Kristi och väldigt okomplicerad incheckning.

If you're looking for a cozy getaway during Christmas for a group of four then it couldn't have been better! It has a cozy homey vibe, with all necessary in the kitchen to fix dinner (although take a big bowl with you for sallad etc:). It has perfect dinner table with comfortable chairs that can be used to play board games on, if you're into that:) Overall fresh and clean and warm even during winter! We recommend a lot!

Kõik sujus suurepäraselt. Asukoht on super. Korter ise oli väga puhas ja isegi kenam ja hubasem kui fotodel. Majutaja oli pannud tuppa ka jõulukaunistusi, mis oli pühade ajal igati kohane ja tore.

Mõnusas vaikses piirkonnas, samas pole kesklinn kaugel. Korteris on ruumi ja kõik eluks vajalik olemas.

I travel to Tartu annually for work and I have stayed in several apartments in Tartu. The proximity to the grocery store, city center, & bus line, coupled with the cleanliness & simplicity of the apartment makes this my favorite so far. I will be sure to try to stay here when I return to Tartu next year. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. It is a really sweet place. It was super clean, bed was very comfortable, water pressure was great, heating was no problem and the large balcony has a view of St. Peters Church. Paul was an excellent host who communicated clearly and was responsive to any questions I had.

We had an amazing stay at Odyl House. The location is absolutely stunning - peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature with beautiful views. The house itself is cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the sauna and the outdoor hot tub. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Truly a perfect getaway, we’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

I will definitely return there! An amazing place to stay for a couple of days to explore Tartu. This cozy wooden two-story house has everything you need (and even more) for peaceful family relaxation: a pond, a private wood-fired sauna, two terraces, a spacious garden, a fireplace, party games, a smart TV, a neat kitchen, four beds, and more, and more, and more... Kati is super friendly and takes care of your comfort as if you were her best friend. A fabulous and very kind host! 11 stars out of 10!!! Thank you, Kati! ✨

Kena armas väike hotellituba. Tuba oli puhas ning isegi oli võimalus teha teed ja kohvi, kuigi kööginurka majutuses ei ole. Majutaja Elena oli väga sõbralik ning tore. Majutuse kõrval on lokaal ja peoõhtul võib sealt kostuda lärmi, kuid selleks olid olemas toas kõrvatropid. Üldjoontes väga soliidne koht, teinekord jällegi.

We had a wonderful stay at Madli's place. She is very thoughtful and kind, and went out of her way to help our family. The area is peaceful and walkable and the place is lovely.

Der Aufenthalt bei Kirke war sehr schön. Kirke war sehr hilfreich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß. Auch gut geeignet für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt!

Great place to stay for a couple! City center is a walking distance away, river is right nearby and the area itself is peaceful. All necessary utilities (including a washing maschine for clothes) is provided. Highly recommended!
