Clara's cottage is a beautiful grade II listed fisherman's cottage on West Looe Hill. Built early 1800's it is quaint and full of character. Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

Thick stone and cob walls keep this beautiful little cottage toasty in winter, and gloriously cool in the hot summer months. Little Trembraze is set in a woodland glade overlooking a valley. Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. Willow Barn Cottage is a lovely compact one bedroom cottage located in the grounds of Willow Barn. Recently redecorated and refurbished It is a beautiful place to stay in South east Cornwall easy driving distance of the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, access to Sky TV (including Sports and Movies), Netflix and Amazon Prime. The cottage has a private hot tub in its own garden which is available at all times throughout the year.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
