We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

My husband & I were booked into Sand Dunes at the end of January but a sudden health emergency put paid to that. Luckily after an excellent recovery we were able to stay the last few days. What a lovely few days we had too. Sat eating breakfast with that view. Wow. Great for accessing the SW coastal path too. Highly recommend. Pity we didn’t meet Katherine though.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The view is stunning, the place is so clean and such a good location. I'll be coming back for sure.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

We had a lovely stay at Miranda’s house. The pictures do not do this lovely house justice, it is large and spacious with the location being unbeatable! The house is minutes from the beach, perranporth village and beautiful coastal walks. Perranporth is a great location for a trip to Cornwall as well as a base for other towns nearby. The house facilities were well thought of and equipped throughout. We usually bring half our home with us, it wasn’t needed here. The space was very relaxing with the garden terrace room being our favourite. Miranda is great at communication. We are already planning to come back. Thank you for a lovely stay - great host!

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Lovely house in a great location, walking distance to the city centre. I would definitely stay there again!

Wir sind traurig, diesen schönen Flecken verlassen zu müssen. Wir nahmen am Lands End Trail teil und fanden die Unterkunft ideal. Schöner Strand und nicht weit vom Ziel des Trail auf den Blue hills entfernt. Von dort aus haben wir einige Abschnitte des küstenwanderweges gehen können und Stunden am Meer verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist toll. Es fehlte nichts! Supersauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Veebrsserungsvorschlag wäre eine kleine Sitzbank am Fenster im Wohnzimmer einzurichten, dort könnte man an kalten Tagen das Meer gemütlich beobachten. Aber das wäre nur noch ein zusätzliches Highlight! Wir waren sehr happy!

We’ve had an amazing stay at Barbara’s; the location is outstanding with such easy access to the beach and glorious views upstairs from the balcony and living space. Billed as a small property but plenty of room for us as a couple with our dogs. The house is beautifully furnished with lovely eye for detail and plentifully stocked with all the consumables you might need and a really generous welcome basket. We felt right at home and would love to return in the future.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
