A cooler is available for guest use. 1/4 mile to Main Street, stores, restaurants. Note the property has another Airbnb unit adjacent, a converted shipping container with 2 beds, bathroom.

Kick back and relax in comfort and style. Take the beautiful, hilly drive to Caper Royale. This unit is stocked and Its a short walk to the marina and boat launch with picnic benches and places to fish. Bring your kayak or boat and sail away! Take a deep breathe and view the abundance of stars. There is a hiking trail, tennis courts and basketball court in this guard -gated neighborhood. Very little traffic in this area! Restaurants are in town and a winery about 15 minutes away.

Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

I’ll say hello as you have your morning coffee on the patio 😊 Loki, my friendly dog will greet you at the gate. Interactive community vibes are my favorite, but I love my private time too.
