Cabin features queen bedroom/bathroom-w/jacuzzi tub. Queen pull out couch for 2 additional guests. Full kitchen and a comfortable living area. Out front, relax on the porch overlooking our shared common area, you'll find a large firepit, horseshoes, volleyball, bean bag toss and a grassy play area for everyone to enjoy. NO PETS, NO INDOOR SMOKING Enjoy your own private charcoal grill and personal firepit. Included is WiFi, cable TV, and Roku, so you can log in and stream your favorite shows.

If you are looking for a get-away experience with a beautiful mountain backdrop, this is it. Nestled into 300+ private acres of cattle land and woods, our cabin overlooks rolling pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Plenty of adventures are nearby too - world-class white-water rafting on the Ocoee River, or for a quieter adventure, try fly-fishing or tubing down the Hiwassee River. And as this is a working cattle farm, premium beef is usually available for purchase while you're here.

“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

For those who need to get closer to God or each other, come and breathe. Relax in the incredible hot tub while stargazing, or just enjoy an afternoon nap swinging in the hammock beneath the trees. NOT PET FRIENDLY... While we know you love your pets, our goal is for everyone to get away from daily distractions.

If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
