It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. Less than an hour to Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, BMW Plant, and 3 major airports. A great gateway to western Carolina. Sofa bed and loft add to sleeping space for families.

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.
