It is less than a block away from both the lake and Commonground Park. It is located along the I-4 between Tampa (40 min drive) and Orlando/Disney and its attractions (1 hr drive). It has close access to route 98 and the 570 Polk Pkwy and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You will love this place!

The guesthouse Cute & Cozy is private yet adjacent to the main house (owner lives) and has its own entrance. Located in central Florida, between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location from Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west. Maybe an hour drive to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal (depends traffic)

Hello travelers! 😀 We offer a portion of our home with a private entrance off the pool area. Your area has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and internet TVs and a private bathroom. The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. We offer our home to travelers only-we do not accept local reservations.

It's 40 minutes from Disney World Park and an hour from Clear Water Beach. It's a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Public Supermarket, restaurants and gas station. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! Please ask if you need something different, then what I have listed.

Private Master Suite with it's own exclusive entry. It has a convenient kitchenette complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and an outside grill. Comfy Queen size bed with overhead ceiling fan. Private Bathroom and shower. Lake view from the front of property, unit is in the back overlooking wetlands. Plenty of parking, with enough room to bring a boat.
