Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin is nestled at the foot of the Ouachita Mountains & moments away from great fishing, beautiful hiking trails, Shady Lake, the Ouachita National Forest, etc. The loft features a queen size bed. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has twin bunk beds. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen size bed, allowing for 8 guests. It is fully stocked & furnished with everything needed to enjoy a getaway at the center of many things Mother Nature has provided.

Prairie Creek Cabin-Fish/Kayak/Ride SxS from Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is 5 minutes from downtown Mena in a beautiful golf course community. It sits nestled in the trees with a beautiful view overlooking the secluded 14 acres. Enjoy fishing or kayaking on Prairie Creek. Trailer your SxS to the trails or ride from the cabin. It is about a 15 minute drive by SxS to either trail system from the cabin. We provide a map that shows the route we take from the cabin. Come enjoy the peace and beauty Mena offers.

The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. The Bear Den ATV Friendly

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Wet weather Creek, less than 1 mile to Mena highway frontage. From the cabin thru the creek to CR 50 for ATV access to National forest/Wolfpen Gap trails. Plenty of trailer parking. 3 miles of county road. Then 8 miles of beautiful national forest roads to ride to the wolf pen gap trails.

The ATV Shack is on 4 acres bordering the Ouachita National Forest and just minutes from the south trailhead of Wolf Pen Gap. We also have a beautiful view of Eagle Mountain from our front porch!
