We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

Views, privacy and convenience! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to the area. A perfect spot with amazing views of Athens and the Hocking River. Mill House has no neighbors on the Hocking so it’s just you and the other guests. You will find ample and comfortable sleeping arrangements featuring five queen beds.
