Stand-alone private three bedroom house. Short walking distance to Wellington Point's bustling Village, famous for its restaurants, shops. 5mins drive to Wellington Point Reserve with beach, playground, BBQ, etc. 35-minute drive from the airport and 25km to Brisbane CBD. Easy access to public transport with $0.50c fares on all buses, trains, and ferries. Easy access to the Gold & Sunshine Coast, Sleeman Sports Complex and Sirromet Winery, the venue for major concerts such as Day on the Green.

You'll love this little beach house/dupIex. Available is the top level, which is the original house. (Owner has downstairs unit and will be there at times.) It's not large but definitely comfortable for four adults and decorated in mid century style. Its 5 minutes walk to water and General Store. Free wifi and streaming services. It has 2 comfortable queen beds. Up to 2 dogs allowed and the yard is securely fenced. You will see koalas and kangaroos in the vicinity. Kitchen is well equipped.

Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie (Pet friendly)

Welcome to Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie. If you are after a place to unwind, relax and touch base with nature, this is the holiday destination for you. Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $70 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

Our Beach House is available this year . We have spent 15 years with our kids enjoying everything Straddie has to offer but unfortunately we can't make it as much and thought we'd offer our beach house up to someone else. Here's the facts Top floor is all yours (caretaker lives downstairs)- 2 bed / huge outdoor deck /2 bath / kitchen & lounge. BBQs & Fridges Everything that makes this beach house a home is yours to use. Walk 600m to Beach and 4WD Access. Its Comfy and Cosy

Original 1950s Beach/Fishing Cottage

This 1950s fishing cottage with the original boat slip attached is situated on the edge of Moreton Bay Marine Park. It has been brought back to life and tastefully renovated in keeping with the original design. This house is set up for a great get away, fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking holiday with the beach right out in front of the cottage. Access via a lock box will make your arrival easy. Once you arrive, this property will make you feel a million miles away.

Maiala at Pulan, on Minjerribah

Maiala is the perfect get away for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Pulan/Amity Point is a quiet fishing village between Goompee/Dunwich and the Point. The house is a short walk to bush tracks, the beach, an enclosed pool, cafe and General Store. Relax in the evenings, watching beautiful sunsets; you can spot dolphins, koalas, kangaroos and numerous birds that abound in the area. Come and immerse yourself in our pristine island.
