Point Breeze: soggiorni in cottage

It's a cute place. Smaller but manageable. You need to be able to do stairs as 3 stories. Significant move in issues were addressed quickly and fully by Heidi. Thank you! Back yard area is small. Nice dock to fish or swim off from. Unfortunately there is no wood burning fire pit. Cottages are very close together so privacy during peak tourist times could be an issue. We had no problems in that area. The road down is a bit challenging but we made it fine. There are a few bars/taverns/restaurants nearby. If possible, I would suggest visiting the site first for a better understanding of location and size for planning.

Franky was very responsive and helpful during the entire trip! The location was great, and the house was very nice with many things to do.

Booked a sister’s weekend at the cottage and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The home was adorable and we loved the views of the creek. The host was responsive and gave us great recommendations! Some of our favorite things to do on our stay were kayaking in the state park, brownies custard, Matty’s pizza, jet boat tours in lewiston, and of course seeing the falls! We also enjoyed seeing our beaver friend in the backyard every day! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! The home was clean, the hot tub was warm and the view was beautiful! After our days exploring Niagara Falls, it was a quiet and welcome retreat!

The sunrise off the dock was amazing. Wendy was very helpful with local places to eat and making sure we had everything we needed before even getting there. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will booking again next fall! Very close to Oak Orchard dam (went for a fishing trip)! Thank you for recommending Roadies food was awesome!

This is a gorgeous cottage right in front of Lake Ontario. Firepit available to make safe fires. the house was perfect with a hangout with some friends. clean, and all appliances work. the cottage is 1hr away from Niagara Falls and there are plenty of food options around. The host was very friendly and informative. would repeat.

This cottage was the right fit for my family, nice resting place for us to sleep and enjoy our fishing trip. Although the bathroom was on the smaller side, we found everything very nice and clean, and the owner responded immediately to a small issue and fixed the problem right away. All together, very satisfied!!

I rented this for my mother’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for her and her husband. Lake views amazing, perfect size home and fully equipped with everything one would have at their own home! House was quaint, personable and a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Ontario, beautiful well maintained yard. The privacy was another great bonus!! Would rent this again. Instructions were on point! Everything was perfect!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!!

Judith is an extremely kind and professional host and offers great suggestions for activities and great local places to eat and shop! We love staying in this house. Karen is wonderful. She always leaves us a note along with her phone number in case we need anything. We have family that lives in the area and did Christmas there this year with them. in the beautiful . I enjoyed sitting watching the snow, water and wildlife. If you want some place to relax and enjoy nature this is your place to stay.

This beachfront cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The lake views and sunsets were amazing, weather was perfect. The cottage was spacious with plenty of sleeping area for our 5 adults. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and having evening fires. Plenty of wineries nearby also. Although we weren’t bothered by it, I would mention to others that there is no privacy in the yard. There is a walkway that runs alongside the yard that is very busy with locals walking back and forth to the beach/pjer. Although it did not bother us, some might be looking for a more private getaway. My family and I would definitely stay at the beachfront cottage again!

Mike’s place was incredible! Most importantly, it was immaculately clean. Every room was updated with high quality finishes. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Off street parking was convenient and made loading and unloading easy. It is conveniently located to Elmwood shops and restaurants. Mike was very responsive and was able to accommodate a last minute additional nights stay due to the weather. I highly recommend and will look for availability at Mike’s place in the future!

Great place right by the water. We really enjoyed our time. Plenty of space for family. We stayed for a full week and had no issues.

Very quiet location, but with a small private beach and historic Lighthouse just in the neighborhood. She provided an Empire State Parks Pass, and Hamlin Beach State Park just 10 miles away, lots of fun. Good beach, picnic areas, paved walking trail along the shore throughout the long park. Two small towns, Hilton and Hamlin to explore, and we found the small Ontario Winery to do some tastings. Apple season with fresh apples and farm fresh corn to sample some of Western Virginia's produce.

Wow!!! Fabulous AirBnB! Definitely 5 stars. Mike thought of everything to make sure that his guests had what was needed (or might need) during their stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation (good pots/pans), coffee maker including coffee pods, tea/hot chocolate, small creamers in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and modernized with a waterfall shower and light up wall mirrors. We were super impressed by the attention to detail Mike put into his AirBnB to ensure his guests are comfortable during their stay. I would definitely recommend this AirBnB if you are visiting Buffalo. One thing to note for guests looking to rent - both bathrooms are located on the main floor with one of the bedrooms being in the loft accessed by a spiral staircase. This was not an issue for us but the stairs may be tricky for some. The house is also located on a busier road but noise was not an issue for us. No problems sleeping at night.

Angler’s paradise. Right on the dock of the estuary of the Oak. Nice and quiet, plenty of room. Definitely will be back.
