The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Perfect for both short and long stays, these rooms offer more comfort than hotel rooms.

Apartment is in a new block of buildings close to the center and the lake. Nearby there are the best restaurants of the town. Walking distance there is a GYM, the biggest supermarket market SPAR and the local villagers market who sell fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Double Bed + 1 couch (or both sofas) can be converted as a bed + 1 inflatable bed. Residential parking for free. A very short walk 190 meters from the beach / lake.
