The studio is situated on the ground floor of the newly done building, perfect for one or most two people. It measures 29m2 and is newly furnished. The kitchen is very spacious with the facilities like a microwave, coffee machine, kettle all the necessary dishes and cooking equipment. It is 1,5 km far from the Shopping Center and the area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The building has been just finished and there is some work still not done around. I would add this as a disadvantage.

There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large food story (VOLI, 3-minute drive). There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).
