The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Unique Garden and Riverside Lodge

We are delighted to offer this unique garden/riverside lodge. The lodge is situated off the A38 at Marsh Mills, with great links into the centre, but offering a sense of tranquility. The lodge is tucked away in our well established, mature garden providing privacy. The river is tidal and home to various fish and birds. Guests are welcome to fish. You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

The Retreat, Private Annex.

Annex accommodation with independent entrance. Comfortable, cosy and airy light space. Newly refurbished in 2017. Suitable private accommodation for 1-2 persons only. Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.
