Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and airy porches mere steps away from the city zoo and walking trails - you'll have room for everyone and lots to do! It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.
