This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.
