Only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Red Fox Property Graeagle/Blairsden

The Red Fox Property is a secluded cabin set back within the forest. Escape into this 3,200 sq foot residence and forget your worries behind. A state of the art kitchen and appliances makes large gatherings easy and fun. 4 bedrooms & 2 common areas the cabin allows guests their needed space. Downstairs you will find a bedroom, bar area and game lounge. Indoor Jacuzzi additional amenity $75 per stay unlimited use. Contact host if interested in adding for your stay. Paid upon arrival.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath, off-the-grid, log cabin features a wraparound deck, panoramic views, gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. New amenities include: high-speed unlimited WiFi, new kitchen counter with bar stools, upgraded solar batteries for more power, and a rebuilt deck. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's, next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll. A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.
