The cottage is comfortable, as is the 600 square deck. Make yourself your perfect morning drink, and some waffles while you’re at it. Kick back and enjoy all the Sierra Valley has to offer. Every few days, a train horn will sound in the night so be aware. The trains come and go at a sleepy pace. Enjoy!

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. Relax in style in this rural remote place. A former trailer turned small home, where you can enjoy civilization and wilderness all in the same location. Hike up the mountain or relax watching TV. Platform inaccuracy: I am not aware of any skiing within 10 min, please do your own research. Verizon service is full bars. AT&T and T-mobile is not working there. You will have to take screenshots of check-in directions in advance and set up Wi-Fi calling when you get there.
