Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This beautiful Annisquam Village cottage was renovated to the highest level of quality by two artist's. Located just 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach, Cambridge Beach and Talise Restaurant. Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. Walk the cottage for ice cream, Rip tide & the Sunset Club for cocktails and dinner. Beach, boating, fishing, wildlife sanctuary, and the historic downtown Newburyport all just 40 miles from Boston!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Spectacular water views from every room! 5 min walk to the beach and Pirate Park playground. Well stocked spacious kitchen, two family rooms, 4 BRs , dining room, deck and screened-in sun porch. Happily welcomes families, wedding guests and friends to enjoy my informal, livable, light infused beach house. Located on Great Neck in historic Ipswich, 4 miles to the charming downtown and a 15 minute drive to Crane Beach. Relax and enjoy! Ping pong table, corn hole, campfire! 2 driveways!
