Geen katten. Smart tv en soundbar. Carnoët ligt in het groene hart van Bretagne (Côtes d'Armor) met vele wandel- en fietsroutes.Iideaal voor dagtrips. Op loopafstand van ‘La Vallée des Saints' (plusminus 200 sculpturen!) en op 15 min. rijden van div. restaurants en supermarkten (in Carhaix en Callac).

Cet appartement est situé au 1er étage d'une maison privative, il possède un accès indépendant. Parkings gratuits à proximité. Centre ville et commerces proches (boulangerie, bar/tabac et supermarché dans la rue). Canal de Nantes à Brest. Chemin de halage le long du Blavet. Situé en centre Bretagne, la position géographique de Pontivy vous permettra de facilement découvrir la région. Les plages sont à 1 heure de voiture : Erdeven, Carnac, Guidel au Sud ; Binic et la Baie de St Brieuc au Nord.

Situé en centre Bretagne à Cléguerec (Pontivy), l'abrigîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Le gîte peut être associé à notre kota Finlandais (4 personnes). Les Chèques Vacances sont acceptés. Le petit plus de notre gîte ? Une jolie véranda familiale avec un baby-foot prêt à vous divertir. Le gîte est à proximité du lac de Guerledan, du canal de Nantes à Brest et à seulement 50mn des plages du Morbihan et St Brieuc. Amoureux de la Bretagne, nous sommes prêts à vous accueillir !

Owl Cottage private pool and garden rural Brittany

Forget your worries, relax and unwind in this spacious , peaceful gite, in central Brittany. Spend lazy days by the pool or in the secure private garden which are both for sole use. If you feel more energetic explore the local area , which is great for walking and cycling. Lovely leisure lake, with beach and children's play area and fishing 5 mins walk away. Many towns, beaches and places of interest within an hours drive on quiet roads. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too .

Penty Pont Aven

Situé sur les hauteurs de Pont Aven, au sein de notre propriété le penty entièrement rénové et équipé peut vous accueillir pour séjourner quelques jours et découvrir Pont Aven, et les nombreux sentiers pédestres longeant les rivières de L'Aven et du Belon. Les premières plages telles que Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil...sont à 15/20 minutes en voiture. Le gîte dispose d'une terrasse semi fermée totalement indépendante et sans vis à vis. Le parking est privé, situé dans la propriété.

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Centrally located in the heart of Brittany you will stay in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and on an 8 minute walk of the Petite cite de caractere Guemene sur Scorff. This recently remodeled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. And on top of it of you will sleep in alcove in a 180 x 200 box spring.

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.
