First floor is made up of Lounge, fully equipped Kitchen , 2 bedrooms, Family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Also an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.

L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station in the heart of Pressac village. On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Quatre Saisons

Our stunning three bedroom apartment is located in a small hamlet just outside the pretty village of Pressac, an idyllic, tranquil setting with a 10 minute walk into the village. We are 50 minutes from both Limoges and Poitiers, our local airports. A 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Confolens and plenty to do for all the family in the surrounding area including fishing, walking, canoeing, horse riding, zip wiring, parcours and the wonderful valley of the monkeys.

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Epenede is a quiet rural village ideally suited for countryside walks & cycling, with lots of wildlife for bird watching and photography. This area is particularly known for its clear night skies and amazing star gazing. Just 3 km from the nearest shop/cafe bar and 13 km from the picturesque town of Confolens with shops, super markets, boulangeries, restaraunts, cafes and cinema. Poitiers, Angouleme & Limoges are about 45 min car journey from Epenede, offering Air & Rail links.

In a wonderful area with lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and kayaking. Nearby village has bakeries, cafes, bar and weekly market.
