Beach Therapy

The PERFECT place for a quick getaway for TWO!! Sparkling clean, quiet private suite that is loaded with beachy charm. On site: TV, wifi, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and spacious bathroom with shower. Only a quick drive/bike ride to any of Oak Island's beach accesses. One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions.

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Southport Serenity, Entire full studio apartment

Entire studio apartment over the garage in a quiet family neighborhood. One mile from Southport's Historic and Picturesque Waterfront. Offers a full array of amenities from on-site parking, private entry, full bath, kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave & single burner cooktop, blender, Keurig, dishes/utensils. Large living area with coffee table, chair, couch and desk. Games and books for your enjoyment. WIFI & Smart TV, outdoor shower, beach bikes and chairs. Patio area with Adirondacks.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Just a short, 3-minute walk to the beach! After a day in the warm sun, cool sea and soft sand you'll love to relax in this cozy downstairs apartment. You'll have a private entrance, parking, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

Starfish Suite with Steam Spa

Two adults can enjoy a lovely seaside experience at this private suite with outdoor patio. It is on second floor with its own keyless entrance. We are around the corner from Middletown park which offers free summer Friday concerts and Monday farmers market. Other amenities are pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Walking distance to some great eateries. Five minute walk to the beach. Wind down after the beach in an aromatherapy. Not child proofed.
