Playa San Juan: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb — perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. I spent a month and a half working remotely and we’re already considering coming back next year. The location is incredible — just a 2-minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island. Supermarkets and bars are also nearby. The pool was a great option for days when the sea was too rough, and the internet was outstanding — fast and reliable the entire time, which was essential for remote work. Iris, our host, was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay, letting us know if anything came up that might be of interest. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that a few pieces of furniture were a bit worn — nothing unexpected for a place with lots of guests. To be fair, we didn’t mention it to the host at the time, but based on how responsive they were, I’m sure they would have taken care of it right away. Overall, it was a great experience in a great location.

Un super séjour a Ténérife avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants.... Giovanni est un hôte très disponible et réactif.... Appartement extra tres agréable avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse l'endroit est calme et très bien situé pour visiter l'île.... Un séjour qui restera inoubliables pour nous....

Alles bestens und gut beschrieben. Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Gastgeberin gibt hilfreiche Tipps und sorgt sich um das Wohl der Gäste wenn man das möchte.

Todo perfecto! 100% recomendable. La descripción coincide perfectamente con lo descrito. Muy bonito, muy limpio y buenas vistas. La anfitriona muy atenta, se puso en contacto con nosotros para facilitarnos la llegada y darnos las instrucciones precisas, además nos recomendó lugares de la zona y estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa rurales, l’environnement est idyllique et spectaculaire, les hôtes sont très accueillants avec en petit bonus des avocats délicieux de la maison offerts par la Finca. Nous nous y sommes sentis particulièrement bien. La terrasse est très agréable le matin à l’abri des vents dominants et la vue depuis le mirador est unique en son genre. Un grand merci aux hôtes, nous recommandons grandement cette location.

We had a lovely time at Maria's place. She was very helpful, friendly and reacted quick. The accommodation was great. We would highly recommend renting Maria's place!

Schöne Unterkunft wunderschöne Lage am Meer. Dachterrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen in der Sonne. Betten waren sehr bequem. Auf der Straße waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden es jederzeit wieder empfehlen!

Maria hat uns freundlich begrüßt und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie war auch während des Aufenthaltes leicht für Fragen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gern saßen wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Montaña Roja. Von dort sind es nur wenige Schritte bis zum Schwimmbad der Wohnanlage.

Los Gigantes is a lovely resort with plenty of nice bars coastal walking and good shopping options for food. The apartment is brilliant, especially the balcony was such a great outdoor living space that we spent very little time inside. Meals overlooking the harbour, cliffs and coast, relaxing on loungers and cosy after dark on the back area with cover and outdoor lighting. Also we loved having the pool and it was nice to chat to other guests there. You can walk all the way along the coast to San Juan with bars along the way and plenty of buses back. A really scenic day out! Great boat trip on Gladiator U seeing dolphins. There's plenty more to do for another visit. Thanks.

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Lovely place, central and easy to walk too bars and restaurants. Amazing views from the balcony. Picked us up and took us back too the airport. We had everything we needed. Will hopefully be back soon.

Great little apartment with lots of footpaths to walk around locally and to the next towns. Swimming pool looks fantastic and the buildings enjoy wonderful sunsets.

De los mejores apartamentos que hemos estado, Melissa, todo fácil con ella, la hora de llegada, las instrucciones, la documentación, muy buena profesional. La zona, a pesar de ser en una zona muy turística el apartamento es tranquilo, muy bien comunicado con todo Tenerife porque está al lado de la autopista y en una zona que hay todo lo necesario para comprar, etc. Playas, tiene una muy cerca del apartamento aunque nosotros hemos cogido el coche para recorrer toda la isla, cada día íbamos a una zona. El apartamento, reluciente, en un edificio muy nuevo, con todo lo necesario tanto de menaje como toallas, etc Como plus, la piscina climatizada y el parking que te salva la vida si alquilas coche. Si lo estáis pensando no dudéis en alquilarlo!

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !

My partner & I stayed here for 1 week in March to work remotely. It is really well set up for remote working, with 2 workstations, 1 with a monitor, perfect WiFi. The apartment is great, looks just like the pictures and comes with everything you'd need (soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, beach towels & umbrella too!). Lovely balcony. There was a welcome tray on arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool was closed during out stay but we still really enjoyed our time. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Morgans Foodie around the corner is great for a casual bite & drink. Riela restaurant is great for a "fancier" dinner. Cafe Duci along the promenade was also a favourite. Much quieter than Adeje which is where we have stayed before but ideal for an easy place to work abroad from. Also you can get the number 10 bus to & from Tenerife South airport. Then bus stops near the apt to take you anywhere else you want to go.

This was our second visit and Valentina had made some helpful improvements - on what was already a really good apartment. We like the location much more than the holiday complexes - and it is far better value for money. Having a washing machine is great for a long stay, and a shopping trolley helps if you don't want to hire a car. (The bus terminal is only a short walk away.) Valentina is always helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Tullio’s place was one of our best Airbnbs. He’s an experienced host and it shows. First, the place is located in an excellent location near the beach and restaurants but also very quiet. The bedroom is set back from the living room so one could be in the kitchen or watching tv and not bother the other. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals at home. We enjoyed opening the bedroom window and patio door to get a nice breeze and natural light. The washing machine (which had detergent supplies) was very easy to use and the drying rack in sun on the patio made it quick to get everything dry. To top off a great stay, Jullio picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Oh and don’t forget to lift the bed up for the secret spot hiding beach chairs, umbrellas and games! Highly recommend!

Plage (galet et sable) et restaurants à proximité. Grosse zone commerciale et aéroport à proximité. Ville touristique à proximité. Bien situé, appartement calme en plein centre ville avec un parc de jeux à ses pieds. L appartement est propre et chaleureux.

Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft und man schläft mit dem Meeresrauschen ein. Wunderschön! Drei Tage voller Meeresblick wie in einer Balkonaussenkabine auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff, nur mit wesentlich mehr Platz! Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen (950 m) wo ein super Kiosk mit kalten Getränken ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen zum Ende unserer Rundreise.

It was a special experience. We enjoyed sitting on deck in the sun, being gently rocked at times. It was cosy inside even when the evenings were a little cool blankets were available. The seating area and bed are comfortable. The kitchen, though compact as we expected, had everything we needed to cook meals...we appreciated the supply of herbs, spices, condiments and olive oil. The showers at the marina are clean and the launderette easy to operate. Giovanni met us and showed us around the boat explaining everything. He responded quickly to our questions and came out one evening as soon as we let him know the water needed replenishing. He was welcoming and friendly, very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Giovanni's boat.

Un très bel appartement avec un magnifique balcon. Tout est propre et confortable. L’accueil est chaleureux avec de belles attentions. Nous avons adoré la piscine et l’accès facile à la mer et la piscine naturelle. Il y a un petit bar/café très sympathique à la sortie de l’immeuble. L’internet est très rapide et c’est parfait pour le télétravail. Maintenant notre endroit préféré à Tenerife.

We had a marvellous stay, Lisa was very responsive and quickly answers all our questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything, yet never noisy. We felt very safe & secure. Would highly recommend this accommodation and we will certainly be back.

die kleine Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und liegt tatsächlich direkt am Wasser. Die Nachbarn sind Spanier bzw. Einheimische, was für uns sehr schön war. Schöner Badestrand und 2 Supermärkte, ein Kaffee und ein gutes fmFischrestaurant im Ort und fußläufig sehr kurz zu erreichen. die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht. eine sehr gut gepflegte Waschmaschine, was für uns bisher nicht selbstverständlich war. tolle schriftliche Kommunikation mit Maria welche immer sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat vielen Dank dafür. wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal
