Despierta con el sonido de las olas. Apartamento de 1 dormitorio con unos 50 m². El apartamento está en la planta baja y abre directamente a la piscina y la zona de tumbonas. El salón es una zona única con sofá cama, comedor y cocina abierta. Un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio con baño en suite (con plato de ducha). Tiene: Salón con unos 20 m² y salida directa a la piscina comunitaria, que da a la playa. WiFi TV. 1 dormitorio con baño en suite, cocina equipada (nevera, vitrocerámica, lavadora, campana extractora, microondas con grill), sábanas y toallas, menaje de cocina. Habrá algunos consumibles de limpieza, algunos consumibles de la cocina y de baño para la llegada, (pero no se garantizan todos los que se ven en las fotos, ni se facilitan para toda la estancia, la reposición va por cuenta del cliente). Dispone de una mesita exterior con sillas. Camas: Una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama. Disponemos de seis apartamentos muy similares con pequeñas diferencias en decoración. Se asignan según disponibilidad. Hasta 4 personas. A la salida del alojamiento, si se han alojado mascotas, necesitamos hacer una limpieza extraordinaria de pelo en la vivienda dado que son requerimientos de los portales de alquiler, porque hay personas alérgicas al pelo y debemos preservar la limpieza a su entrada. Por este motivo en caso de alojarse mascotas, ello conlleva un suplemento único extra de 50€ a abonar a la llegada, aunque si solo viene con una mascota, y nos informa previamente, el coste será solo de 30 euros a la llegada en efectivo o con tarjeta. En todo momento de la estancia debemos tener un especial cuidado para evitar que nuestras mascotas puedan causar molestias al resto de los vecinos. Muchas gracias por su comprensión y un saludo.
