Casa Petronila Bolnuevo

Frente al mar de Bolnuevo, esta vivienda pertenece a nuestra familia desde hace más de un siglo. En ella hemos pasado los mejores veranos de nuestra vida. Aunque conserva la estructura y distribución de la vivienda original, la hemos renovado y dotado de todas las comodidades posibles, para convertirla en un amplio, apacible e inmejorable lugar para descansar o trabajar, disfrutar de la playa y los atractivos de la zona en cualquier momento del año. No es un piso, ni un apartamento, es una casa.

Casa Playa Colonia Águilas *Vistas al Mediterráneo

Disfrute de nuestro balcón al Mediterraneo donde relajarse con el sonido del mar, en una casa acogedora y moderna. Se encuentra en primera línea de playa y cómodamente podrás llegar directamente en bañador y darte un refrescante chapuzón en verano. El alojamiento está ubicado en una 4ª planta y proporciona unas vistas panorámicas e impresionantes de la playa principal de Águilas y la costa de Murcia, que cuenta con bandera azul, accesos con duchas y servicio de vigilancia por Cruz Roja Española.

Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

Appartamento con una camera da letto e una terrazza in un'urbanizzazione con piscina comune. Situato vicino al porto, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro medico, dalle fermate di autobus e taxi e vicino al mercato settimanale. La casa dispone di materiale per il mare, come sedie da spiaggia, ombrellone e borsa-frigo. Il mio alloggiamento è buono sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini. In prossimità dell'appartamento si trova facilmente parcheggio.

Situada muy cerca del monumento natural (BIC) "Las Erosiones" y las calas vírgenes de Mazarrón.
