Questa casa vacanze impressionante, alimentata in parte da energia solare (12 pannelli solari), con 4 camere da letto vista mare, piscina privata riscaldata e jacuzzi, offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare per una vacanza perfetta, rilassante e confortevole per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici. Situata in una tranquilla e sicura zona residenziale di fronte alla spiaggia di Ensenada Pelada, dispone di una grande terrazza con accogliente zona salotto sotto una romantica pergola in legno, lettini per godersi il clima ideale delle Canarie, un’area pranzo anch’essa protetta da pergolato e un grande barbecue. Il soggiorno molto spazioso con cucina a vista è completamente attrezzato con tutti gli elettrodomestici, compreso un sistema di filtraggio dell’acqua. Tre camere matrimoniali e uno studio indipendente con aria condizionata, due letti matrimoniali e bagno privato en-suite, due bagni completi in più con docce e, uno di essi, con vasca idromassaggio con vista mare, garantiranno la privacy di tutti gli ospiti. Troverai anche un set completo di asciugamani. Godrete di ogni angolo di questa proprietà così speciale, sia delle sue aree esterne che del suo arredamento interno accogliente e confortevole. Troverete inoltre una lavanderia indipendente con lavatrice e asciugatrice, cassaforte e sistema di allarme. Il centro di El Médano è raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. A causa della vicinanza della spiaggia naturale protetta di Ensenada Pelada, informiamo gli ospiti che nei giorni di vento forte, potrebbe esserci una quantità elevata di sabbia nella zona della piscina, il che potrebbe influire sull’estetica. A causa della vicinanza all’aeroporto di Tenerife Sud, potrebbe esserci occasionalmente rumore di traffico aereo. La superficie totale costruita della casa è di 190 m², studio compreso. Il terreno è di 350 m². La piscina misura 7,50 m × 3,60 m e la profondità è di 1,60 m/1,70 m, tranne in entrata dove su una superficie di circa 2 m² è di circa 35 cm. Sono inclusi Wi‑Fi in fibra ottica, migliaia di canali TV internazionali, biancheria da letto, asciugamani, teli mare, asciugacapelli e un kit da stiro. Informiamo i nostri ospiti che questa casa vacanze dispone di un sistema di videosorveglianza con telecamere visibili nelle aree esterne in comune, per offrirvi maggiore sicurezza durante il soggiorno. Le telecamere all'interno della proprietà NON registrano immagini ma hanno esclusivamente la funzione di rilevamento di movimento e l’eventuale attivazione dell’allarme. Vi ricordiamo gentilmente che si tratta di una proprietà residenziale. Vi chiediamo pertanto di rispettare gli orari di silenzio (dalle 15:00 alle 17:00 e dalle 22:00 alle 8:00), di astenervi dall'organizzare feste e di non fumare all’interno dell’abitazione. In generale, vi ringraziamo di trattare la proprietà con la stessa cura e rispetto che avreste nella vostra casa. Saremo felici di accogliervi e vogliamo che il vostro soggiorno sia il più piacevole possibile. Per questo mettiamo a disposizione, su richiesta e con costo aggiuntivo, un comodo servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto. Bonito apartamento con vista panorámica y directa al mar. Totalmente equipado, tanto en la cocina como resto del apartamento. El apartamento dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con vistas al mar y con baño completo en suite, otra habitación con dos camas individuales. En ambas habitaciones dispone de armario con perchas, ventanas abatibles y cortinas. En el salón dispone de un cómodo sofá, smart-tv, libros, wifi, etc. y acceso al balcón privado en donde encontrará mesa de terraza y asientos suficientes para cuatro personas, las vistas son fantásticas. En la parte superior dispone de solarium privado con césped y tumbonas. En la cocina dispone de nevera con frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica con extractor, lavadora, lavavajillas, exprimidor, tostadora, etc..... IMPORTANT: - Beach towels incluyed - more space in your bags!!! Apartamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado, con unas vistas inmejorables para disfrutar cada comida viendo el mar y la playa.
