Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. Das 30 qm grosse 1-Raum-Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss des Chales Es ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Pärchen. Die maximal Belegung sind zwei Personen plus ein Kleinkind bzw. eine dritte Person. Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach. Easy to park outside for free.

Loft muy acogedor y ubicado al lado de la playa y del paseo marítimo de Altea. Ideal para parejas, cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. Renovado pero con un toque retro especial que esperamos os guste. Tiene una terracita ideal con vistas al casco antiguo.
