I enjoyed my stay at Charlotte’s rental property. I have never stayed at an Air B&B that had everything I needed. This place was very clean and I cook as a hobby and I tell you that the kitchen was equipped with everything that anyone could want in a kitchen from toaster, blender,coffee maker microwave, portable oven and electric kettle kitchen utensils and towels and it also had extra towels blankets sheets and hangers. So you don’t have to use the same towel after showering. Charlotte was very nice and welcoming and very pleasant she is a great host and I look forward to staying at her property on my return. Thank You Charlotte for a great pleasant stay.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

Polina is an excellent host. Communication with her is time efficient, informative, and friendly. The apartment is conveniently located in the convenient location right on the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The place is well-organized, clean, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and there are always seating options available around it. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. It was spacious and clean. Had many amenities in the apartment and on the grounds. It felt like being at a mini resort although at someone's home. The pool area is clean. We were able to walk the beach into town as well as swim in the ocean. I love the location. It is very accessible to Cabarete town, Encuenteo Surf Beach and Kite Beach. The hosts have made it possible to know all expectations and give suggestions. They have a very thorough guide. They were very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Absolutely recommend this apartment for an easy, enjoyable stay!

Although I had a short day, I really thoroughly enjoyed how relaxing and beautiful Jozef’s place was. Upon entering the space there was spa music playing . The view from the balcony and rooftop pool are breathtaking. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a walk-in closet where you’re able to store your luggage to keep things neat. I would definitely book this place again when I visit Santo Domingo .

This was a lovely unit. It had fantastic amenities and everything was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The hosts were extremely good at communicating and checking in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic. There were even games to play, which was awesome for our family. We would love to stay at this unit again or any unit managed by L'Agence for that matter. They went above and beyond with all of the added touches, from the welcome book that provided lots of information and tips about the area, to the welcome package of fruit, coffee, and cold beer in the fridge. It was a very nice touch and very appreciated.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

The location was near city center a few minutes drive , Beach and little restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartament was clean and very Cozy. Also very nice neighbors.

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

La casa muy acogedora, la zona es tranquila en general y se respira buen ambiente. Con los anfitriones tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente a raíz de un evento inesperado ocurrido en la familia y solicitamos cambio de fecha al cual inicialmente accedieron pero cuando lo hicimos a través de airbnb no lo aceptaron y solicitaron que directamente canceláramos la misma quedando así expuestos a la posibilidad de perder el dinero. Del resto todo bien, la casa muy limpia y ordenada. Tony, el chico que ayuda, excelente ser humano, muy atento y dispuesto.

Wonderful rental, great hosts! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, well kept, & very clean. Very nice amenities, lovely back yard, AC worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning sooner than later!

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

Really nice, modern, clean and spacious house with a lot of amenities. Daisy was a good host, gave us clear directions for the check in and check out and gave us a tour of the villa upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Jonathan was a great host. He was on site to help with anything we needed. The resort was beautiful with many amenities. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to fully experience everything so I would recommend at least 5-7 days.

Great place to stay, quiet villa in a great location as part of the Sosua Ocean Village Complex, close to the Beach and all amenities, Joseph was a great host and very attentive to all our needs, will surely come back.

The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. This was a great stay for our family. We loved the pool and pool table big tv in family area great place. We slept well quiet and safe area !!!
