Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (Late May to Sept) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, TV, A/C, microwave, fridge & coffee.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

This is a one-of-a-kind house with the ability to sleep 10 guests. . Our home features a heated indoor guitar shaped pool, which is open year-round for your entertainment. Additionally, we have a game room with pool/ping pong table, arcade games, wet bar, and a TV.

We love our country retreat, and want to share it with you! Perfect for both small or large groups with plenty of space, indoors & out! We're a 25 minute drive to Kinnick Stadium & the University of Iowa/UIHC.
