Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Additional space with a pull out couch or add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food. Use the gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchenette, and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Bluestem Corner Staytion

This unique place has a style all its own. Being the home of a former corner gas/service station, we remodeled the inside to make it quaint, comfortable, and entertaining for a passer through or visitor of the small town of Palmer. Enjoy your stay and experience everything the surrounding areas of Merrick, Howard, and Hall counties have to offer! Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Cute Country Cottage near Lincoln, NE

This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
