SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. No more than 20 min walk to any beach on the village and stunning front ocean paella restaurants area. We have SITGES next to us.

Apartamento recién reformado (junio 2023), coqueto y acogedor, con mucha luz natural y soleado por las tardes, está en una ubicación perfecta para tus vacaciones: al lado de la estación de tren, bus y taxi, a 200 metros de la playa y a 5 minutos andando al centro, casco antiguo y zona de shooping. En Vilanova i la Geltrú tenemos kilómetros de playas, un centro repleto de tiendas y con todos los servicios, museos, buena gastronomía nacional e internacional, y también naturaleza.

La casa del inglés

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

Aquí podréis relajaros, hacer barbacoa, disfrutar del jardín, hacer senderismo... e incluso... ¡ir a la playa! Luminoso apartamento en el centro de Vilanova. Casa de mediados del siglo XIX recientemente reformada con un estilo sencillo y moderno. El espacio es muy sugerente ya que hay diferentes texturas, diferentes alturas y materiales, tanto modernos como antiguos. El apartamento consta de un espacio diáfano donde encontramos una sala con cocina y sala de estar y un espacio para el dormitorio. El cuarto de baño es la única parte del apartamento que está cerrada.

Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar.
