The apartment was right in the middle of town which was perfect. we easily found the parking spot designated to the suite and got in very easily. The hot tub was an awesome perk with an awning that came out overtop.

Second time at this location and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful apartment with thoughtful touches everywhere! Super helpful hosts. So lovely to enter and find a bottle of local wine and locally baked goodies. Comfy robes, plenty of towels. The location features an amazing view of the Blue Ridge. We loved sitting by the fish pond with some wine and enjoying the rolling hills.

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

I came in night time and it was pouring rain so walking around at night time to the back was very scary. once you get in, it's very beautiful and comfortable. the carpet is very soft on my feet. I absolutely love the tub. the only thing that I want to warn everybody about is about 4:00 in the morning, I walked out to my car and there was a possum walking towards me down that pathway that is very small and that possum was the same size as me, I was terrified, but to be all the way honest, the possum looked at me, kept walking as close as he needed to and then he went his own way. I don't like wild animals getting that close to me, unannounced while I'm just trying to go to my car. but other than that the place was clean and that's about it. Ms. Marsha came out and said hi to me one time And then she walked back in her house. That carpet is very soft and that bed was comfortable.

I stayed at the apartment for a week for Supernova Ska Fest and a little bday getaway. I am so grateful for the time I spent at Shangri-La. Kathy surprised me with not only a birthday greeting, but also a delicious cake in the fridge! It was incredibly sweet and made my day. When a last minute friend joined, both Kenny and Kathy were nothing but accommodating. I really enjoyed our conversation and the apartment is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. I can't wait to be back. Truly a Hampton Gem. Thank you for being such warm hosts and sharing your home with the world!

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place. She was easy to communicate with, provided excellent instructions on how to find the house and how to enter, and the Marie bette pastries were a lovely touch!! We were able to bring our dogs who enjoyed the views out the windows while we were at dinner. The space is cozy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We visit Charlottesville often and this location is perfect-tucked away and quiet but easy to walk to uva main campus and access 29. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a great time in DC. Carla and Fred’s place is in a great location (Capitol Hill) an ideal residential area with local parks, coffee shops, markets and restaurants an easy 10-20 minute walk. We arrived via Amtrack and Union Station which was at 20 minutes walk, but we did a lot of sightseeing and used Ubers to get around. The place was as described and pictured. We travelled with our two 13 y. o. grandchildren and Carla allowed us to check in early which we appreciated. The basement apartment is clean and cozy. I recommend it for 2 , ror a family because the other two beds aren’t truly separated from the main bed, however the 13 y.o. didn’t seem to mind, so it’s perfect for a family and gives more room and separation than a hotel room with two beds. Carla and Fred are a friendly couple with interesting stories to share. I’ll give them a 5!

Sparkling clean with spacious bedroom and living/kitchen/dining area. Loved the couch and decor. No clutter. Bathroom clean shower nice roomy with lots of towels. Closet space was wonderful as well. Bed was comfy and I slept well and felt right at home. Great gated area safe and close to many places to eat and have drinks. I would recommend this with 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at 111 Greenwood! We parked our car and walked all over downtown or used the scooters all weekend. No need to drive to find food or entertainment! We plan to come back!

Had a fantastic stay at Taylor's Airbnb! He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location near downtown Bartlesville. Highly recommend!

Fantastic space. Tastefully decorated with just about anything you would need for a great stay. The location couldn’t be better as you are within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Absolutely loved my stay! This place was a true gem. From the moment I arrived, everything was stress-free. The space was spotless and immaculate, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The decor was so cute, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. this is probably what the founder first thought when he slept in his friends couch. Just a place to stay with the necessities. not a whole experience like some people have. Just the basic spot. we are always greatful for this place! we're not looking for a frilly vacation spot. Just the basics. this place has been a God send for our workers. I'm sure when the remodeling is done it will be awesome!!

We stayed for three weeks. It had the minimum for what a person needs to be comfortable. I really have no complaints other then the futon. A real couch would elevate this place. The neighbors were nice and it’s not to far from grocery stores. Over all worth the price.

Js place always feels like home away from home. Everyone is friendly and helpful including the staff and guests. I will we recommending to family and friends like always. I can't wait until my next stay!

I updated my reservation to add a day, and didn’t know my room changed, so the code for the door didn’t work, I called and found all the information I needed and was in my room in under 5 minutes. Everything was clean, communication was quick and friendly, information was provided proactively. The only complaint was that I stayed for a little less than a week, and couldn’t get the WiFi to work, to be fair that was mostly on my end I asked for the password and it was provided but I wasn’t proactive in letting them know it didn’t work. They all respond super quick though so I can’t imagine it being that big of a deal, plus I’m technologically illiterate so that didn’t help. I can’t speak for the hot tub as I didn’t use it, but overall it was pleasant and worked for what we needed it for and was extremely affordable!
