The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

Enjoy a secluded stay off the main roads with a country feel. Deer and wildlife frequent the property with great views from the dining area and patio. Handicapped friendly!

A rustic guest suite in the lower level of a log home. This open floor design features live edge tables, a large 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A Blackstone gas griddle is yours to use. A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. A Suite at the Rocking K Ranch

You'll love your stay at our 10 acre working farm that backs up to the Stones River National Battlefield. A comfortable stay in a private suite attached to our home. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and farm animals! While we are a working farm, our location is amazingly convenient to all that Murfreesboro has to offer. 1 mile from Stones River Battlefield, Embassy Suites Convention Ctr, Avenue outdoor shopping mall, many restaurants and Interstate 24!

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

Biker's Paradise Near Slaughter Pen w/Hot Tub

Stay steps from Slaughter Pen MTB Park in a private two bedroom guest suite just minutes from Downtown Bentonville. After a day on the trails or exploring town, relax in your private hot tub, shoot pool, play ping pong, or tune up your bikes in the dedicated bike shop. Enjoy a king bed, queen bed, 70-inch TV, fast WiFi, private patio, fire pit, coffee, snacks, and free parking. We live upstairs, but the entire lower level is private for guests.
