Kim was a superb host and the place was, as described! She was always responsive and made sure her guests were comfortable and happy! It is very apparent, that Kim takes great pride in the care of her facility and overall it was well maintained and very nicely decorated. It is in a quiet area with lots of choices for restaurants. I will always be staying here when in town for work. Thank you Kim, for the wonderful hospitality and the great space!!

Justin was very responsive and helpful. Appreciated that very much! Dogs behind in neighbors yard barked some the first night but not after that. The space heaters were great and heated the house up quickly. Had a good stay other than a rainy weekend!

The place is a great place to stay. it is nice and quiet out in the country, yet close enough to town for shopping and eating out. Jennifer is a great host and responds very quickly to any concern you may have. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here every chance I get when in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment has a fantastic atmosphere, it was spotlessly clean and is in a great location! The hosts are SO responsive and helpful. If you get a chance eat at the Blue Spoon downstairs, the food was amazing (we had sushi, charcuterie, and sweets)! If you are anywhere in the area, stay here!

It was a wonderful get away the only thing I would add for future guests is a toaster more drinking glasses and an extra set of sheets for longer stays. Other than that Ken was an excellent host very communicative and understanding when we showed up a day before we booked for.

Rachel is one awesome host. She provided a clean and comfortable stay! Check in was easy as well as check out. We had everything we needed to feel at home. I recommend staying here.

Clare was great! The posting is exactly as described and you can tell that Clare takes great pride and attention for her guests in the way that everything, down to the detail, is taken care of and how she treats her guests. During our stay we didn't need anything, however Clare and her husband were of great help and care during severe weather allowing us to come into their own home for safety. Both she and her husband are good people. I would definitely recommend her place to those looking for a quiet and relaxing escape. Thank you Clare and Andy!

Place was super nice, clean, great location, scenic back yard, had Turkeys in back yard one morning. Price was super right. All around great experience except for 1 neighbor a few houses down flipped the bird to one of my 16 yr olds because we rode dirt bikes and never even had them out of vans. Just a grumpy old lady we paid her no mind and had a great time.

Great place local to all the places you need. Just a few blocks to food and Walmart less than a mile away. Very quiet! I never even heard any cars.

I have stayed in many Airbnb homes and this one is one of the cleanest. The beds were extremely comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the many games provided. The house was as described. Very simple process and the host communicated perfectly. Definitely recommend when staying in Joplin.
