Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Firepit, BBQ, large fenced in yard, no shared spaces and walking distance to: a coffee shop, breakfast, burgers and seasonal farm stands. Oceano Dunes are less than 2 miles away & Pismo Beach about 3 miles away!

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.
